Ji777's total aggregate liability to any Member under these Terms, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ji777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Request by a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Discovery that the account holder is or has become ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ji777. Ji777 will communicate the reason for termination where legally permitted to do so.
